Here’s the factors that typically effect the service & price of a photo booth:
Number of Guests
We base our pricing on the projected number of guests that will be served with our photo booth at your event. A typical wedding may have 100 - 200 guests, and smaller events will have less printing, supplies, and one photo booth attendant. The large-scale events and clients we serve, such as festivals, conferences, university events, sporting events, and public events, will have significantly more printing, supplies, setup time, and may require additional photo assistants to adequately service your guests.
Number of Hours
Our typical pricing starts at a flat rate for a minimum period of two hours, with additional hours available as add-ons. These additional hours are vary based on how many guests we’ll be serving and how much labor, printing, and data will cost for those hours at your event. Many events, such as weddings, have a standard service duration to coincide with the duration of your wedding reception. Other events, such as galas, are looking for a 1-2 hours of service during a cocktail hour portion of an event.
Major events, such as a conference, tradeshow, festival, or sporting event, will require a full day of service, and longer service periods are available, as we have teams of brand ambassadors and photo assistants as needed to staff your event.
Digital-only (no printing) service hours are the most affordable, and live photo printing with 2x6 prints, 4x6 prints, and 5x7 prints is available. We estimate how much photo supplies will be needed as part of our service packages. Customized photo layouts with your event message, logo, branding, etc. is always included. And no worries - we always have a ton of backup & extra printer media on site just in case.
Customization & Options
SnapSeat offers robust, all-inclusive service packages that typically include everything needed to have a great photo service at your event: choice of in-stock backdrop, standard props packages, setup, social media kiosk, live on-site digital sharing, digital copies of all photos, gallery page, attendant.
Options like larger print sizes, custom backdrops, custom props, custom signage, green screen, and liveview slideshow monitors are available for an additional cost. We typically include travel built-in to our pricing, however, longer travel events may incur an additional fee.
Have something specific in mind? We will also create custom packages or photo services whenever possible. If we can’t accomplish a client’s needs, we’re always happy to help refer you to another photography partner if needed.
Staffing & Resources
SnapSeat is a leading photo booth company because we offer exceptional photo booth service at your event, and top-notch service before & after your event. Our team works Monday - Friday in the office to coordinate all of your event photo booth needs, communicate with your venue contact or event planner, coordinate logistics and staffing, prep and maintain equipment, order event supplies, design your photo prints, and cover all the details to make sure you have an outstanding photo service at your event.
When you contact us, we also have a receptionist working 9a - 9p seven days a week to handle the phone for any urgent matters. We also respond to emails within 24 hours or less, typically much faster during office hours.
SnapSeat is a registered LLC, has a $1mm General Liability policy, Worker’s Comp policy, and is a registered tax entity. We’ve been operating since 2014, and plan to offer our brand of photo services for years to come.

The biggest two differences between SnapSeat and other photo outfits are: professionalism in staffing & professional equipment. Our photo booths feature Canon DSLR cameras, DNP lab-quality printers, Microsoft & Apple hardware, studio-style lighting, and cutting edge photography software. No web cams in our photo booths here! Fast printers that print two photo strips every 10 seconds. Quality photo lighting. High-resolution camera. Back up equipment on-site (in case of a rare issue). We provide our own WiFi hotspot at every event.
These professional photography elements, combined with over 20 years of photography experience, create the beautiful, real photos that your guest will enjoy for years to come. The most common reaction from guests using our photo booths is, “Oh, these photos are actually nice!”
