We started in 2010, as an original idea: to help new friends capture and share memories at special events.

I started with a lifetime passion for photography and a love for vintage instant cameras. Printed photographs have become a lost tradition, and we wanted to bring printed photos and family memories back.

We ventured out and launched a small concept called simply "Photos At Events." We started as a small mobile photo studio with humble beginnings.

Early success was highlighted by being featured at the nation's largest Christian music festival, Creation Fest, in 2010. Our photo booth dreams would go on hold until 2013. Our idea was reborn - branded & launched as SnapSeat, with help of co-founder Dustin Schultz. His creative vision and Jonathan's photography and business management experience allowed us to offer clients unique photo booth experiences with personalized style.

We started in the Hartford & Central CT area with one photo booth outfit, and with the determination to succeed with excellent service, hard work, and determination, not a lot of capital - thankfully, we quickly grew. Over the past four years we've served 700 events.
